Moje delo

 Z Adrijano delava v odvetniški in administrativni pisarni. Delo v odvetniški in administrativni firmi zahteva natančnost, organiziranost in predvsem strast do urejenosti. Skupaj z Adrijano se vsak dan spopadava s to nalogo - razvrščanje dokumentov in računov ter natančno vpisovanje v našo aplikacijo na računalniku. Prvi dan v službi sva samo razvrščale dokumente in račune, naslednje tri dni sva pa imeli samo delo na računalniku. Vse dokumente, ki sva jih razvrščale sva jih morale razvrstiti po podjetju in potem še po datumih.

Morava biti zelo pozorni, da v računalnik pravilno vpiševa podatke. Nakoncu morava pa še preveriti, če se podatki ujemajo in so pravilni. Natančnost je ključna, saj se zavedava, da lahko že majhna napaka povzroči težave v prihodnosti. Včasih se zgodi, da naletiva na težave pri razumevanju določenih pravnih terminov ali pri identifikaciji določenih dokumentov, vendar se vedno zaneseva na najino znanje. Težave imava tudi pri razumevanju dokumentov, ker je vse v španščini ampak sva se že navadile in kar nekaj izrazov že naučile. Na začetku sva si pa veliko pomagali z google translatom.

Z Adrijano si delo razdeliva. Jaz vedno poiščem prave liste in številke, ki jih morava vpisati v aplikacjo. Adrijana pa vse vpiše v računalnik in vse preveri, če so vsi podatki pravilni. Mislim, da nama tak način vstreza, ker tako hitreje opraviva delo, ki nama je dano.

Accuracy is key as we realize that even a small mistake can cause problems in the future. Sometimes it happens that we encounter problems in understanding certain legal terms or in identifying certain documents, but it always relies on our knowledge. We also have problems understanding the documents, because everything is in Spanish, but we have already gotten used to it and have already learned quite a few expressions. In the beginning, we helped each other a lot with google translate.

Adrijana and I share the work. I always look for the right sheets and numbers that we have to enter in the application. Adrijana enters everything into the computer and checks everything to see if all the information is correct. I think that this method suits us because it allows us to do the work that is given to us faster.
