Znamenitosti

Today was our first ride on Dublin's double-decker hybrid bus, so as it is proper, we sat on top of the bus in the first two rows and admired the scenery of Dublin. During the drive, we realized that 99% of houses for living in the suburbs are two-apartment. After 1 hour of driving, we met the professors and our guide Rafaela in front of the national library. After a few minutes of walking, we arrived at Saint Stephen's Green central park, which is one of the biggest attractions of the city. There was a very pleasant atmosphere in the park. People are talking while in the beautiful nature of  the
green park and the warm sun. Some people are meditating on the grass, while others are walking or exercising. After visiting the park, we headed through the shopping street towards the Temple Bar, one of the larger and famous pubs in Dublin. In the pub, we took a look at the traditional interior, which is packed with various drinks, Irish flags, beer coasters and a stage for live music. Among other things, I noticed that this pub also holds the Guinness World Record for the longest guitar marathon. We went further. The guide took us towards the Cathedral of the Christ Church, which unfortunately we could not visit because it was closed. Then hunger drove us to pizzeria Sano, where I was fascinated by the food and atmosphere. From the ground floor, you can watch the pizzas being prepared in the basement through the glass floor, and when you go to the toilet, you go through the kitchen. Full of pizza, we headed to the last stops before heading home, namely the art museum and the history museum. We didn't find much Irish history in the history museum, mostly just taxidermy mount. Finally, we visited the art museum in which we find many pictures of Jesus and pictures of people of the upper class of Ireland between the 16th and 19th centuries.
