Začetek dela

Danes smo skupaj vstali ob 7ih zjutraj in tudi skupaj zajtrkovali. Po zajtrku smo preverili odhode avtobusov in se pripravili na odhod, ker delamo v različnih podjetjih, gremo tudi na različne avtobuse. Jaz in Nejc sva zjutraj odšla prva, ob 8ih sva imela avtobus 39a, ki naju je odpeljal do centra, od tam sva prečkala reko Liffy in prestopila na avtobus G1, ta naju je odpeljal skoraj do podjetja, do tam sva pesačila slabih 5min. Ko sva prišla do podjetja, sva pozvonila in nama je odprl lastnik podjetja Robert, prijazen gospod iz Madžarske, ki živi na Irskem že 22 let. Ker sva bila zgodnja, še ni bilo drugih sodelavcev in nama je Robert predstavil podjetje, ter prostore. Delava v GG Machines, podjetju, ki prodaja računalniške dele in pripomočke, ter sestavlja računalnike za različne namene (gaming, delovni, strežniški računalniki..), zaposlenih v podjetju pa je 7. Kmalu je prišel Carlos, glavni inženir v podjetju, in nama je čez dan predstavil njegovo delo, predstavil pa nama je tudi sestavne dele računalnika in postopek, kako sestaviti enega in ga pripraviti na uporabo. Kasneje je prišel še Kali, ki je v podjetju krajši čas. Okoli 13ih sva z Nejcom imela malico, ki nam jo vsem pripravi Iwona. V podjetju je bilo zelo sproščeno in prijateljsko, poleg pa tudi poučno. Ob 16.16 sva imela avtobus, do katerega sva šla po dežju, vmes sva ugotovila da dežniki zaradi vetra ne pomagajo, in jih tudi domačini ne uporabljajo, avtobus se kar in kar ni pojavil, ker pa je bila postaja na prostem sva čakala čez cesto na mostu čez železnico, ki je bil vsaj malo prekrit (čeprav z luknjasto streho), ko pa sva videla avtobus sva stekla do postaje. Sedaj ko pišem to se voziva že dve uri, in imava vsaj še pol ure do doma, vse skupaj zaradi gužve na cesti, v normalnih razmerah bi se vozila uro in 20min.

Today we got up together at 7 am and also had breakfast together. After breakfast, we checked the bus departures and got ready to leave, because we work in different companies, we also take different buses. Me and Nejc left first in the morning, at 8 o'clock we had bus 39a, which took us to the center, from there we crossed the river Liffy and changed to bus G1, which took us almost to the company, we walked there for about 5 minutes. When we got to the company, we rang the bell and the owner of the company, Robert, a friendly gentleman from Hungary who has lived in Ireland for 22 years, opened the door for us. Since we were early, there were no other colleagues and Robert introduced us to the company and the premises. We work at GG Machines, a company that sells computer parts and accessories and assembles computers for various purposes (gaming, work, server computers...), and the company has 7 employees. Soon Carlos, the chief engineer of the company, arrived, and we during the day he presented his work, and he also introduced us to the components of a computer and the process of assembling one and getting it ready for use. Kali, who has been with the company for a shorter time, came later. Around 1 pm, Nejc and I had a snack that Iwona prepared for all of us. It was very relaxed and friendly in the company, as well as educational. At 16:16 we had a bus to which we went after the rain, in the meantime we found out that umbrellas don't help because of the wind, and the locals don't use them either, the bus just didn't show up, but because the station was in the open, we waited across the street for bridge over the railway, which was at least a little covered (albeit with a hole in the roof), but when we saw the bus we ran to the station. Now that I'm writing this, we've been driving for two hours, and we still have at least half an hour to get home, all because of the traffic on the road, under normal conditions it would take an hour and 20 minutes to drive.
