Meditacija


 Vsako jutro imamo tisti, ki želimo meditacijo ali jogo pri profesorici Ani Godec. Meditacija je zelo sproščujoča in ravno pravšnja za jutranje trenutke. Ker v hotelu nimamo ravno veliko prostora, izvajamo meditacijo kar v hotelski sobi. Včasih je malo neprijetno, a je še vseeno zelo učinkovito. Meditacija je potekala po navodilih profesorice Godec; vsedeš se na tla “podturško” in zapreš oči. Povsem se prepustiš njenemu glasu in se posvetiš svojemu telesu.

Every morning, we have those who want meditation or yoga with professor Ana Godec. Meditation is very relaxing and just right for morning moments. Since we don't have much space in the hotel, we practice meditation right in the hotel room. Sometimes it's a little uncomfortable, but it's still very effective. The meditation took place according to the instructions of Professor Godec; you sit down on the floor "under the turkish" and close your eyes. Surrender completely to her voice and devote yourself to your body.
