Živjo, danes vam bom bom predstavil tradicionalno turško hrano. Po naših izkušnjah tukaj, Turki v veliki večini ne uporabljajo nožev, saj je večina mesa že narezana, ko jo postrežejo. Tradicionalne turške jedi so: Baklava, doner kebap, lahmacun, dolma ... Po mojih izkušnjah, tukaj nimajo enolončnic, klobas, svinjine (zaradi verskih razlogov). Meni osebno je njihova hrana osebno zelo všeč, sicer so pa porcije za moj okus malo premajhne. V večini restavracijah in lokalih ti po končanem obroku postrežejo še tradicionalni čaj, ki ga pijejo v malih kozarcih velikih količinah.
Hi, today I will introduce you to traditional Turkish food. In our experience here, the vast majority of Turks do not use knives, as most meat is already sliced by the time it is served. Traditional Turkish dishes are: Baklava, doner kebab, lahmacun, dolma... In my experience, they don't have stews, sausages, pork here (for religious reasons). I personally really like their food, but otherwise the portions are a bit too small for my taste. In most restaurants and bars, traditional tea is served after the meal, which is drunk in small glasses but they drink a lot of it.
